Friends, are you ready to change the world for 50+ incredible young girls and create life-changing opportunities for generations to come? Are you ready to create jobs and produce income for families who have no money? Are you ready to give HOPE and PURPOSE to young girls who have been rejected by society and abandoned? Are you ready to build another bakery, in the name of Jesus, that feeds the body and soul? Awesome! 🌺
I am inviting you to come with me on this journey. Jesus says throughout the Gospel to His followers that if we love him;
we are to clothe the naked, feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, and visit the sick and help the ones in need.
These are real people and real faces I am telling you about. They are beautiful young girls and they represent Jesus!
They are hungry. They are naked. They are sick and they are asking us today, will you feed me, will you clothe me,
will you help me? (Matthew 25: 31-40)
Jesus is calling us. Just like He called Peter out of the boat, He is calling us. ((Matthew 14:22-34))
Are you ready to step out of the boat and reach for His hand?
Will you be the Hands and Feet of Jesus that God commands His church to be? (James 1:27) 👐🏽
I will say YES! Bread for Life Ministries will always say YES! ❤️
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
Matthew 25: 40
We ask you, will you partner with us?
Together, let’s get out of the boat. Jesus said, “Come walk on the water with me…”

One Week Later - August 29, 2017
🌟🌟**ANNOUNCEMENT**🌟🌟
Great news for Bread for Life Ministries and The Restoration Home!
Last week when I made the post about the new bakery and the financial needs we need to get construction started… within 10 minutes my phone rang. It was an unfamiliar number and honestly, I never answer numbers I don’t know. I just don’t. However, something inside me said, “Answer this”. So I did. #HolySpirit 🙌🏼
On the other end was a sweet woman telling me that she has followed me for a while on FB (we have mutual friends). She told me that this ministry has blessed her, watching God work through His people to provide for practical needs. She asked me some specific questions regarding the ministry and I was able to share with her the foundation of what we do. After a few minutes of speaking she said to me, “Well Robin, I would like to write you a check and send it today for $10,000, may I get your mailing address?” 😳
Me: Silence. Tears. Words that made no sense. Tears. Silence. Weeping. Half words. Finally a “Thank you” 😭
Y’all I have been so excited to share with you this news. I literally have not had the words to even express how thankful I am. Everyday God blows my mind in this ministry. Everyday I see Him move mountains for His children. Some days it’s through a multitude or group of people, other days He uses just ONE! It’s all it takes to make a difference! 🌺
The check has been received, the funds have been deposited and are now available in our account! Praise the Lord! We are ready to send our first installment of payments for construction to begin! Can I get an AMEN??!! This is sooooooo exciting!💥
❤️ Thank you to my new sweet friend of mine! Thank you for your obedience and prayerful consideration of Bread for Life Ministries. I promise you, every penny goes to making a difference for the Kingdom of God! May God bless you abundantly!!
❤️ For those of you who have also financially given for this bakery or have expressed a heart to help.. there are still SO MANY needs to come! This $10,000 is JUST for the building and oven. Next we need to STOCK the bakery with tables, mixer, baking supplies, racks, ingredient and EMPLOYEE’S! Yay!! I'll send a break down for these items soon! 🙏🏽

Update delayed… I know… but Praise Jesus it’s ALLLLLLLLLLLL good news! 💃🏽
Construction of our second bakery will begin sometime next week.
We were hoping to get things started before now but here is the thing… we want to do this right! End of story. 🤓
B4L is a simple in-home, family run non-profit, baking ministry that started 6 years ago in my teeny-tiny kitchen. We just bake bread and love people. However, we realize as we are growing and God is expanding our ministry (2 other bakeries in the pipe-line… say what???) we want to make sure we are “legit” as a ministry. Ya catch my drift? 🤗
So we are in the final process of writing a contract between B4L ministries and our new bakery partnership
and as soon as that is done… WE BREAK GROUND! 👷🏾🕺🏽
Watch for picture updates (Lord willing) NEXT WEEK! 🙌🏼
Together, we do make a difference! One loaf at a time...

A much anticipated update!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
It’s been a busy couple months with the construction of our bakery at the Girls Restoration Home in Wakeso, Uganda. Pastor Fredrick Kaddu Kibuuka and Lutaaya Abdul have been sending us pictures of the progress and - WOW! - it is so exciting to see all that has happened in such a short time!!! Electricity and painting is all that is left. Praise the Lord!!! 🎉
For those of you unfamiliar with this ministry, the Girls Restoration Home is a rescue mission which began in 2004 to meet the urgent needs of five young girls who were on the streets and in some very desperate situations. Some who had been turned away from their families, others who due to death or extreme poverty, had no place to call home. Answering God’s call to minister to the ‘least of these,’ Pastor Fred and his wife Susan, along with other members of his congregation, began taking these vulnerable girls into their home. Today the Restoration Home is a shelter to over 50 young girls and women! Praise God!!!! ❤️
Last summer Bread for Life was given the opportunity to provide this ministry with a bakery that could feed the hungry, create jobs, teach skills, and establish a micro-economy in their community. Your support and donations to 'Bread for Life Ministries' has made all this possible. The result is another bakery that will greatly encourage their circumstances for dozens of young souls who just want an opportunity for a better life! For them and their families! 🙌🏼
But beyond all this, the bakery represents Jesus - the true bread of life. Because of your faith and support in this little bread baking ministry that started in our teeny tiny kitchen back in 2011, we are now making the difference in the lives of so so many! Your sacrifices adorn the gospel with good works and points our Ugandan friends to the one who said. “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.”
So rejoice with me today! 💕
